The Gala Dinner is the highly anticipated closing event for the Students 4 Students National Leadership Conference and the whole Illawarra community is invited to celebrate with our student delegates from across Australia in the spirit of generosity and caring.
We are excited to announce the charity to benefit this year is 'Day of Difference', a charity dedicated to raising funds for research into pediatric burns and related critical injuries. The charity was founded by Ron Delezio after the multiple traumas sufferend by his daughter, come to be affectionately know nation-wide as 'little Sophie'. Ron was awarded the 2006 Australian Father of the Year.
The Gala Dinner this year will also host the presentation of ASLA Student Leader of the Year Award, celebrating the achievements of students taking the lead in initiatives on campus and in communities throughout Australia.
Tickets are available at the door however there are only 150 places available and 1/3 are already taken so pre-booking is recommended to ensure a place! -
